MBDGs (Mind-Based Development Goals) is a Japan-based educational initiative that empowers individuals and organizations to flourish from within. We focus on nurturing autonomy, vision, inclusion, and cooperation through a structured mindset development framework.

Our mission is to unlock human potential by fostering self-existence awareness—the inner sense of “I am” that grounds confidence, creativity, and action.

🚩What We Do
We provide training programs, workshops, and certification courses based on six practical goals:

・Cooperativeness
・Growth Cycle
・Next Generation

Our programs have been implemented in universities, corporate training, youth development, and sports organizations. They combine elements of positive psychology, self-determination theory, and social-emotional learning.
