Jorge Castro

Jorge Castro is a Scientific Application Specialist at MBF Bioscience since April 2017, contributing expertise in life sciences. Prior to this role, Jorge served as a Field Application Specialist at Neurotar Ltd, where responsibilities included supporting imaging services for in vivo brain research. Experience also includes being a Deployment Leader at TraveDoc, facilitating online medical appointment scheduling, as well as holding several positions at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, including Postdoctoral Associate and Research Scientist, where significant research on Rett Syndrome and memory formation was conducted. Jorge obtained a Ph.D. in Neuroscience, a Master of Science in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology, all from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid.
