James Lovsin

James Lovsin is a Patent Attorney with expertise in intellectual property law, specializing in patent litigation and appeals, as well as patent and trademark procurement and counseling. Currently serving as Co-Chair of the PTAB Trials Practice Group at McDonnell Boehnen Hulbert & Berghoff LLP, James has a demonstrated history of litigating a variety of intellectual property cases and preparing patent applications. They have also gained experience as a Law Clerk for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, where they argued cases before the court. James holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Northwestern University and a J.D. from the University of Illinois College of Law.
