Lucija Matic currently serves as a Senior Scrum Master at MBition since January 2024. Previously, Lucija held the role of Certified SAFe® Agilist and Agile Coach at Tagueri AG from May 2022 to January 2024, where responsibilities included leading Volkswagen's Agile transformation and implementing customized Agile frameworks. Prior experience includes serving as a Certified SAFe® Agilist and Scrum Master at CARIAD, where Lucija facilitated Scrum ceremonies and coached team members. Lucija also worked as a Scrum Master at Ilumination Research, leading a team in Agile practices, and as a Program Manager for KidsCourage at SJD-Die Falken, overseeing a project for underprivileged children. Earlier roles include advising new international students at Brandenburgische Technische Universität Cottbus-Senftenberg and providing social work support to migrant teenagers at ITL Karlsruhe. Lucija earned a Master's degree in Anthropology from the University of Zagreb between 2014 and 2016.
