Spencer Knibbe has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Spencer is currently the CEO and Founder of MBK Search since June 2015. Prior to this, they worked at Quoin Partners, LLC as a Managing Partner from October 2013 to June 2015.

Prior to their tenure at ICAP, Spencer participated in a Management Training Program at McMaster-Carr from August 2004 to July 2005, where they completed various management tasks and led a customer-service department.
Spencer started their career as a Venture Capital Associate at WFD Ventures, LLC from November 2002 to August 2004, where they played a crucial role in building the firm and assisted in sourcing investment opportunities.

Spencer Knibbe attended Fork Union Military Academy from 1993 to 1997, where they received their High School Diploma with a focus on Core subjects. Following this, they pursued higher education at Harvard University from 1997 to 2001. At Harvard, Spencer earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government.
