Company Overview: Founded in 2005 by Senior Certified Baptiste Teacher Mark White, MBody Yoga is North and Central Florida’s only Baptiste Power Yoga Affiliate Studio. With two locations- one in the Southside area of Jacksonville and the other in nearby Neptune Beach, MBody Yoga opens up the practice to anyone looking for a challenge.
