MBS Strategy Group is a strategic advisory firm partnering with nonprofits, foundations, tribal nations, and purpose-driven organizations navigating growth, transformation, and complex institutional priorities. We work alongside executive leaders and boards to strengthen strategy, align stakeholders, build organizational capacity, and translate ambitious vision into disciplined execution.

Our organizational advisory work spans strategic planning, governance, leadership alignment, operational infrastructure, financial oversight, policy development, and change management. We help institutions clarify decision-making, strengthen accountability, reduce organizational risk, and build the systems required to manage growth with confidence.

MBS also provides executive-level brand, marketing, and communications strategy aligned with organizational and philanthropic goals. Our work integrates brand positioning, narrative development, stakeholder communications, audience strategy, campaigns, thought leadership, analytics, and impact storytelling to strengthen institutional credibility, expand influence, and cultivate sustained engagement.

Every engagement is tailored to the organization’s priorities, from focused strategic initiatives to multi-year transformation and implementation partnerships. Through advisory services, practical frameworks, and the Nonprofit Success Toolkit Series by Matthew B. Scraper, we equip leaders to build stronger institutions, navigate complexity, and create measurable impact that endures.
