MBSA International is a boutique strategic advisory group that works direct with clients and in conjunction with select Private Equity firms to assist with strategic business planning and acceleration of commercial capabilities.  While our primary focus is in the global information services and fintech arena, we also review other business ventures e.g.; early stage financial software tech & medtech. 

A pragmatic reach-out by Co. Exec. Board &/or Private Equity to explore and review options and opportunities for their businesses, is one which is very selective in engagement choice and collaborative in scope and focus.
