Brian Maloney

Brian Maloney has extensive experience in the automotive industry, with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Aftersales Business Development Manager and previously as the Aftersales Operations Manager at Mercedes-Benz USA since June 1998, Brian specializes in consulting with dealers on Fixed Operations issues, compliance, operational goals, and process improvements. Prior to this role, Brian managed the service department at Infiniti of Huntingdon Valley as the Service Manager and began the automotive journey at R & S Imports Ltd-Mercedes-Benz, holding positions as Sales Consultant and Service Advisor. Brian holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Management from Eastern University.
