Brooks Suttle serves as Corporate Counsel at Mercedes-Benz USA since March 2023, bringing extensive legal expertise from previous roles including Senior Associate and Associate in the Labor & Employment Group at Alston & Bird LLP from September 2012 to January 2023. In addition to legal practice, Brooks has been a Leadership Board Member for Aurora Day Camp, an organization that supports children with cancer. Early legal experience includes externships with the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia and the Georgia Supreme Court, as well as internships with various law firms. Brooks holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Emory University School of Law and a B.A. in Intellectual History and German Studies from the University of Pennsylvania.
