Daymon Arnold

Daymon Arnold is a seasoned education and training professional currently serving as the Retail Training Manager at Mercedes-Benz USA since July 2018. In this capacity, Daymon oversees product and retail training for over 131 dealerships across the Western United States and leads a team of six in a hybrid work environment. Previously, Daymon held roles including Manager of Curriculum & Retail Training and Instructional Designer, where responsibilities included developing learning solutions for 383 dealerships and guiding the development of instructional materials. Additionally, Daymon contributed as a presenter for Nearpod webinars focused on employee engagement. From 2008 to 2018, Daymon held leadership positions at Centennial Academy and Atlanta Public Schools, where impactful changes in curriculum design and administrative processes were implemented. Daymon's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Loyola University New Orleans, an Educational Specialist degree in Educational Leadership from Lincoln Memorial University, and a Master's degree in Curriculum and Technology from the University of Phoenix.
