MC & Co. Real Estate | About Us

MC & Co. Real Estate is a locally owned, boutique brokerage proudly serving Dayton and the surrounding communities. Founded by Ohio broker Rachael McIntosh, our company was built around one simple belief: real estate should work around real life — not the other way around.

We specialize in residential, commercial, and investment properties, helping buyers, sellers, and investors navigate every stage of their real estate journey with confidence and clarity. From first-time homebuyers to seasoned investors and growing businesses, our team is committed to providing honest guidance, strong advocacy, and personalized service.

At MC & Co., relationships come first. We take the time to understand our clients’ goals, timelines, and priorities, so every transaction feels informed, supported, and seamless. Our deep local knowledge and hands-on approach ensure our clients receive both professional expertise and genuine care.

We are equally passionate about supporting our agents. As a modern, flexible brokerage, we provide the tools, mentorship, and collaborative culture agents need to grow successful, sustainable careers — without sacrificing family, community, or balance.

Rooted in service and driven by integrity, MC & Co. Real Estate is more than a brokerage. We are a trusted partner for clients, a home for dedicated agents, and a committed advocate for the communities we serve.
