Throughout the years, we have seen diminishing experienced metallurgists leave our industry due to retirement or reducing workload.  This has created a deficit in the quality of our workforce with experienced talent leaving the industry.

We have spent many years creating specialist courses to suit the metallurgy and casting sector, upskilling and training their metallurgists, lab technicians etc., with the knowledge for the metallurgical theory.

If your workforce has the metallurgy capability, your company will benefit from their knowledge and to, hopefully, reduce metallurgy waste by understanding  the reasons of metal failure.
