Jo Bacon

Jo Bacon is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the marketing and advertising sectors. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at M&C Saatchi London since May 2024, Jo previously held the position of Global Lead for WPP at Ogilvy, managing purpose-led brands for Unilever. Jo's career includes significant roles such as Chief Marketing Officer and Director of Invention at Reach plc, overseeing marketing for the UK's largest commercial news publishing group, and leading global marketing campaigns for IAG Airlines within WPP. Prior to that, Jo contributed as Vice-President of Marketing at Viacom International for Channel 5 and MTV, and worked in various leadership capacities at RKCR/Y&R UK, Saatchi & Saatchi, and DDB. Jo holds a BA Hons in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Wales, Cardiff.
