Julia Lepidi

Julia Lepidi is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HRBP Junior at mc2i, responsible for a workforce of 400 individuals, including 45 managers, directors, and partners. Julia has previously held roles including Human Resources Officer at Tikehau Capital, where responsibilities encompassed HR activity tracking, employee follow-up, data management, and contract drafting across multiple countries. In addition to professional experience, Julia is pursuing a Master’s degree in Human Resources at KEDGE Business School, following a solid educational foundation that includes a degree from the University of Buenos Aires and preparatory classes for prestigious schools. Julia also served as Secretary General for the CONFEDERATION DES ASSOCIATIONS at KEDGE BUSINESS SCHOOL, further enhancing leadership and organizational skills.
