Jay Feldman

Jay Feldman has a wealth of experience in IT and business transformation roles, with a focus on operational excellence and change management. Currently serving as Vice President at MCA Connect, Jay has driven double-digit growth in the Manufacturing Strategy/Strategic Services practice and brought new offerings to market. Prior to this, Jay held various leadership roles at Arthrex and Medtronic, where Jay demonstrated their ability to positively impact client P&L's and Balance Sheets. Jay holds a BS in Organizational Development from Goshen College.
