Robin Richardson is a proven leader in customer success, sales, and change management, demonstrating a commitment to authenticity and transparency. With extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple companies, including Director of Client Success Management and Account Director, Robin has focused on building strong client relationships and fostering team growth. Robin holds a BS in International Business from the University of Colorado Boulder and has previously studied Accounting at the American College of Greece. Currently, Robin is serving as the Managing Director of Engagement Management at MCA Connect, continuing to drive organizational change and client success.
