James Stowell, RPLS, has extensive experience in land surveying, currently serving as Group Manager and Project Manager at McAdams since September 2018. Prior to this role, James spent over 14 years at G & A Consultants, LLC, where positions included Professional Land Surveyor, Survey Technician/SIT, and Survey Field Crew/Intern. James holds a Bachelor's degree in Surveying and Mapping from the University of Texas at Tyler and an Associate's degree in Surveying and Mapping Technology from Tyler Junior College.
