Justin Beard is a seasoned technical manager with extensive experience in civil engineering and project management. Currently serving as a Technical Manager at McAdams since October 2019, Justin previously held the role of Senior Project Engineer/Manager at SEPI Engineering & Construction Inc. for five years, overseeing projects across various sectors for local, state, and federal agencies. Prior experience includes a tenure as a Professional Civil Engineer at ARCADIS, where Justin specialized in roadway design and quality control, and as a Project Manager at KCI Technologies, Inc., focusing on telecommunication facility design and permitting. Justin began their career as a Transportation Technician IV at NCDOT, ensuring compliance with agency policies on site plans. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University at Buffalo, along with an Associate of Science in Engineering Science from SUNY Broome Community College.
