Ray Watson

Ray Watson is a Registered Professional Civil Engineer with extensive experience in managing commercial civil engineering projects from conceptual development through to construction. They currently serve as a Technical Manager at McAdams, where they oversee project design teams and mentor engineering personnel. Ray has previously held prominent roles, including Director of Civil Engineering and Chief Engineer at Hardee's Food Systems, where they supervised the design of numerous new and remodel restaurant locations. They also owned Watson Land Design Services, providing site engineering solutions for a diverse client base. Ray holds both a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University.
