Thomas Dabolt has a solid background in civil engineering and geomatics technology, holding a degree in Civil Engineering Technology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, as well as two associate degrees from Sandhills Community College in Civil Engineering Technology/Technician and Geomatics Technology. Dabolt's professional experience at McAdams began as a Crew Chief from June 2015 to August 2017, followed by an internship from May 2019 to March 2020, and has progressed to the role of Designer I since June 2020.
