Mike Carr

Mike Carr is an experienced attorney and mediator with over 25 years of expertise in civil litigation across various practice areas, particularly insurance coverage, bad faith claims, and civil rights. Currently serving as a mediator at Dispute Resolutions Consultants since May 2021, Mike previously held positions as a partner at RICHARDS & CONNOR, managing a full caseload of civil litigation matters, and was involved in significant appellate work. Prior roles include partner at Collins, Zorn and Wagner P.C., where responsibilities encompassed insurance defense and civil rights litigation for county governments, and managing partner at Holden & Carr, focusing on insurance defense litigation and trial preparation. Mike's legal career commenced after earning a Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 1999, following a Bachelor of Arts in political science from the University of Oklahoma in 1996. Currently, Mike is positioned as an attorney at McAfee & Taft, continuing to defend clients in complex civil disputes.
