Matthew Coe is the Managing Director and Head of QwickBonds at MCAP LLC, having previously held the same position at Monroe Financial Partners, Inc. from 2016 to 2023. With over a decade of experience in institutional fixed income trading, they have developed significant expertise in market infrastructure and efficiency. Matthew's career includes roles as Senior Vice President at both City Securities Corporation and Fifth Third Private Bank, and as Vice President at JPMorgan. They are currently pursuing a bachelor's degree at Taylor University.
