Alexia Brewer

Alexia Brewer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in learning and operational enablement, currently serving as a Senior Manager at MCAP since April 2021. Previously, Alexia held multiple roles at MCAP, including Manager of Learning & Development and Sr. Training Specialist. Prior to MCAP, Alexia worked at Wilfrid Laurier University in various positions including Supervisor of Retail Services and Retail Financial Operations Assistant, and gained valuable experience at RBC Dominion Securities as an Investment Advisor Associate. Alexia's earlier work includes roles at First National Financial LP as a Jr. Mortgage Underwriter, as well as positions at the City of Brampton and TTC. An educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce from Nipissing University, along with various certifications in sales and municipal tax administration.
