Ashish Shah

Ashish Shah has extensive work experience in the field of payroll and compensation. Ashish started their career at Tata Td Waterhouse Securities Ltd as a Senior Executive Equity Dealer. Ashish then worked at Sears Canada Inc as a Credit Coordinator and later as an HR Accountant. After that, they joined MDS INC as a Payroll Accounting Specialist. Ashish then moved to Aecon Group Inc where they worked as a Payroll Accountant and later as a Sr. Payroll Accounting Analyst. Currently, they are working at MCAP as an Associate Director, Payroll, after previously holding positions as Sr. Manager and Manager in the Compensation & Payroll department.

Ashish Shah attended Centennial College from 2002 to 2006, earning a Diploma in Accounting. During the same period, they also obtained a CPM from the Canadian Payroll Association in Toronto, Canada, specializing in Payroll. Before attending Centennial College, Ashish completed their Bachelor of Arts in English from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, where they studied from 1996 to 1999. Prior to their university education, they attended Shreyas Vidyalaya from 1980 to 1991, completing their High School education.
