Blake Lowden is the Managing Director of the Development Finance Group at MCAP, a position held since 2024. Prior to this role, Blake served as a Senior Director within the same group from 2004 to 2024, where responsibilities included the origination, negotiation, and structuring of construction facilities across Western Canada. Blake has extensive experience managing a team of analysts and contributing to annual deal volumes of $800M to $1B. Blake holds an MBA from Athabasca University (2010-2013) and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Haskayne School of Business (2002-2004).
