Edgar Luque

Application Engineer

Edgar Luque is an experienced application engineer currently working at MCAP since February 2020, where duties include responsibilities as a senior systems analyst. Prior to this role, Edgar served as a telephony specialist at Start.ca from November 2018 to February 2020, focusing on Genesys PureConnect development and telephony operations. With a strong background in customer service, Edgar held several roles at Sixbell from September 2005 to September 2018, including customer service support manager, where Edgar achieved high customer satisfaction and improved contact center up-time ratios. Edgar also worked on contact center technology projects and managed a support department with 25 staff members. Initial experiences include technical support and software development in telecommunications, working with notable clients such as Telcel, Telmex, and American Express. Edgar holds a degree from Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México, obtained between 1999 and 2005.
