Ian Tarrant

Ian Tarrant is an experienced professional in the field of operations and digital transformation, currently serving as Director of Digital Transformation at MCAP since June 2011. Throughout tenure at MCAP, Ian has held multiple directorial roles, including overseeing Contact Centre Single Family Operations, Borrower and Sales Strategies, Renewals and Sales Strategy, and the Mortgage Solutions Team. Prior to this, Ian worked at Direct Energy from August 2008 to June 2011 as Director of Contact Centre Operations, and held senior management positions in call center performance and channel sales. Ian's career also includes a directorial role at Maritz Canada Inc. and managerial positions at Canada Bread Company, Limited. Ian holds educational qualifications from Conestoga College, Ivey Business School at Western University, and Schulich School of Business at York University.
