James Lee

James Lee is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational performance and customer service across multiple industries. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Operational Performance and Development at MCAP since April 2016, James has contributed to key projects and initiatives, previously holding positions as Manager of Renewals and Manager of the Mortgage Solutions Centre, where leadership of frontline customer service teams was paramount. Prior to MCAP, James worked at The Co-operators as an Associate Insurance Advisor, providing guidance on home, auto, and life insurance. Experience also includes a role as Sales Manager at GLENTEL Inc., where James managed a team and sales targets for a mobile kiosk. James holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Guelph.
