Jan Kim

Jan Kim has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. They began their career at Oxford Properties as a Leasing Administrator in 2008. From there, they worked at Invest KOREA and KOTRA, holding positions in Investment Promotion and Marketing/Business Development. In 2012, they graduated from the Queen's School of Business with an MBA. Jan then went on to work at Roynat Capital, CIBC, MCAN Mortgage Corporation, and Timbercreek, gaining experience in roles such as Manager of Strategic Initiatives, Associate in Real Estate Finance, Manager of Investments, and Senior Associate in Debt Investments. Most recently, Jan held positions at CMLS Financial as an Associate Director and Director in Construction Finance before joining MCAP as the Director of Commercial Origination in 2022.

Jan Kim completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Smith School of Business at Queen's University from 2012 to 2013. During the same period, Jan also pursued an MBA from the National University of Singapore. Jan Kim holds a HBA degree in Specialist in International Affairs from the University of Toronto, completed from 2004 to 2007.
