Jeff Delion

Jeff Delion has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jeff currently holds the position of Associate Director, IT Program Delivery at MCAP. Prior to this, they served as an Agile Team Lead and Sr. Project Analyst / Agile Team Member at the same company, where they excelled in facilitating communication and consistently delivering multiple user stories on time and within budget. Before their IT roles, they worked as a Business Analyst and Manager, Servicing Operations, where they effectively managed a team of 14 staff members and focused on leadership coaching. Jeff also has experience as a Supervisor, Servicing Operations at MCAP. In addition to their experience at MCAP, they worked as a Business Development Specialist at Virtual Causeway, where they created training modules, generated sales opportunities, and programmed web-based surveys. Jeff's earliest work experience was as a Department Supervisor at Sportsworld.

Jeff Delion attended Conestoga College from 2003 to 2006, where they obtained a Diploma in Business Administration - Marketing. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including the Disciplined Agile Scrum Master (DASM) from the Project Management Institute in September 2020. Jeff has also obtained various certifications in leadership, project management, and agile methodologies from LinkedIn throughout the years.
