Joe Wolak is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in application engineering and technology delivery. Currently serving as Senior Director of Application Engineering at MCAP since December 2023, Joe is responsible for technology planning, business architecture, project delivery, and quality management across multiple loan servicing teams. Prior to this role, Joe held various positions at Paradigm Quest from 2014 to 2023, including VP of Technology Delivery, where significant contributions were made to digital transformation initiatives and project decision-making frameworks. Joe's earlier experience includes a tenure as Senior IT Manager at TD Bank Group, focusing on compliance technology, and earlier roles at Ontario Teachers Pension Plan as a Lotus Notes Developer.
