Associate Director, Operations - Default Management at MCAP

Kim Hellam has a diverse work experience in the financial and legal sectors. They started their career at Aaron & Aaron Barristers & Solicitors as a Real Estate Law Clerk/Legal Administrative Assistant from 2004 to 2007. They then worked at Xceed Mortgage Corp. as a Collection/Default Management Officer in 2007-2008. Kim later joined Kronis, Rotsztain, Margles, Cappel LLP (KRMC) as a Law Clerk in the Mortgage Enforcement - Creditors' Rights Department from 2008 to 2013. Since 2014, Kim has been working at MCAP, holding various roles such as Asset Recovery Specialist, Manager of Default Management - Legal Action, Manager of Loss Mitigation, and Sr. Manager of Servicing Operations. They are currently serving as the Associate Director of Operations - Default Management at MCAP.

Kim Hellam attended Durham College from 2002 to 2005, earning a Legal Administration/Law Clerk Diploma.
