Krista Westfall

Krista Westfall is an experienced professional in change management and communication, having held multiple roles at MCAP since September 2015, including Associate Director of Change Management and Communication, Associate Director of Servicing Initiatives, and Senior Manager of Servicing Operations. Responsibilities include performance coaching, team support, and the development of training solutions for employees. Prior to MCAP, Krista served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Guelph, where responsibilities included seminar leadership and academic support for undergraduate courses. Additionally, Krista has research experience from positions at the Developmental and Digital Media Lab and the Equity, Sexual Health, and HIV Research Group. Krista holds a Master of Science in Family Relations and Human Development from the University of Guelph and an Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Research Specialist Psychology from Wilfrid Laurier University.
