Matt Uthayakumar

Matt Uthayakumar has a diverse and extensive work experience in the mortgage industry. Matt began their career in 2007 as a Manager of Servicing at Xceed Mortgage Corporation. In 2008, they joined MCAP and progressed through various roles, including Manager of Collections, Associate Director of Collections, Associate Director of Servicing Initiatives, and Director of Shared Services. Currently, Matt holds the position of Director of Sales Operations at MCAP.

Matt Uthayakumar completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Biology at the University of Western Ontaro from 1998 to 2002. Matt also has obtained additional certifications in leadership presence, servant leadership, and growth mindset from various institutions such as the Smith School of Business at Queen's University and LinkedIn.
