Pamela Dedman

Pamela Dedman possesses extensive experience in the mortgage and insurance industries, currently serving as a Manager in Default Management and Servicing Operations at MCAP since September 2017. Previous roles at MCAP include Escalation Officer and Senior Mortgage Agent. Pamela's diverse skill set includes research and teaching assistance at the University of Waterloo and Wilfrid Laurier University. Prior to these positions, Pamela worked at Allianz Assistance as a licensed Travel Insurance Agent, and at Nougat Bakery as a Supervisor and Office Assistant. Initial work experience includes a role at Tim Hortons as a Storefront/Baker. Academically, Pamela holds a PhD in Philosophy from the University of Waterloo, as well as a Master's degree in Philosophy and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Philosophy, and French from Wilfrid Laurier University.
