Sabrina Coretti

Sabrina Coretti, CHRL, has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Sabrina started their career at Hudson's Bay Company in 1989 as a Human Resources and Operations Manager, where they were responsible for managing HR and operational activities. In 1999, they joined MCAP Commercial Limited Partnership as an Associate Director of Human Resources, where they played a key role in the company's HR functions until December 2016. Sabrina then took on the role of Senior Director of Human Resources at MCAP, reporting to the SVP of HR. In this position, Sabrina led and supported the strategy for HR Business Partnership, Total Rewards, HR Technologies, and Leadership Development across all business units. Sabrina provided guidance and coaching to business leaders on talent management and oversaw various HR functions such as payroll, employee relations, change management, and workforce planning.

Sabrina Coretti, CHRL completed their Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Anthropology at York University from 1992 to 1996. Sabrina later pursued Human Resources Management at Humber College from 2000 to 2003. In addition, Sabrina obtained certifications such as "Certified Human Resources Leader" from HRPA - Human Resources Professionals Association, and "Strategic HR Business Partner" from the Human Capital Institute (HCI). Sabrina also has completed specialized programs in organizational design, coaching with integrity, and leadership development from institutions such as the Conference Board of Canada, the Coaching and Sales Institute, and Forrest and Company.
