Sean Mann

Sean Mann possesses over 34 years of extensive experience in corporate finance and capital markets, primarily at CIBC. Currently serving as Executive Strategic Advisor at MCAP since May 2023, Sean previously held the role of Managing Director and Head of Securitization for CIBC Capital Markets from March 1995 to November 2022, where significant responsibilities included leading and managing the Securitization Group. Earlier in the career at CIBC North American Corporate Banking from 1988 to March 1995, Sean served as Executive Director overseeing Government, Health Care, and Financial Institutions before transitioning to an Account Officer role. Educational background includes studies at Western University.
