Sheldon Barnwell

Sheldon Barnwell has extensive experience in the mortgage industry. Sheldon currently holds the position of Director Business Technology at MCAP since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Paradigm Quest for over a decade, where they held various roles including Team Lead, Business Support and Director, Integration and Continuity. During their time at Paradigm Quest, they managed teams and successfully led projects such as the launch of a new nationwide mortgage insurance business partnership and a company-wide prime rate change initiative. Before joining Paradigm Quest, Sheldon worked at Paradigm Quest Inc. as a Mortgage Underwriter/Credit Administrator, where they were responsible for evaluating mortgage applications and providing credit decisions. Sheldon also worked at XMC Mortgage Corporation as an Appraisal Officer, where they created a fraud database, conducted compliance reviews, and analyzed residential appraisals nationwide.

Sheldon Barnwell attended Humber College from 2006 to 2009, where they obtained a Business Diploma with a focus in Business Administration and Management, General.
