Suzanne Kirby

Suzanne Kirby has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Suzanne started their career as an Economist at the National Energy Board, where they played a crucial role in implementing a shared corporate culture and developing recommendations for strategic management. Suzanne then worked at Canadian Airlines as an Analyst and later as a Senior Analyst, where they conducted revenue analysis and mentored other analysts. At Manulife Financial, Suzanne served as a Business Analyst, Manager of Systems & Information, and FlexLink Consultant, focusing on benefits administration, technology management, and call center operations. Suzanne'smost recent role was at MCAP, where they held positions such as Manager Business Systems Analyst, Associate Director of Capital Markets, Director of Business Support Services, and most recently, Chief Compliance Officer & Senior Director of Risk Initiatives. In these roles, Suzanne led various strategic initiatives, managed teams, and ensured compliance with regulatory requirements.
