Troy Brooks

Troy Brooks is an accomplished Director in Portfolio Management with an extensive background in the financial services industry. They held various leadership roles at CIBC, most notably as the National Director of Lending, Insurance & Card Specialist Group, where they managed teams across Ontario and significantly improved sales strategies and team performance. Previously, as a Senior Manager, they led a team of specialists and launched a nationally recognized sales strategy. Currently, Troy serves as the Director of Renewals at MCAP and continues their education in Political Science and Government at Western University.
