Stef Stellini

Stef Stellini is a Senior Lecturer at MCAST, where they have been teaching since 2018. They also work as a Visiting Lecturer since 2023 and have experience in HR roles, including HR Executive and Head of Human Resources at M.C.M. Group. Stef completed an M.Sc. in Human Resources Management and Development at the University of Leicester and a Postgraduate Certificate in Vocational Education Applied Research from MCAST. They began their career as a Graduate Trainee at the University of Malta and have held various HR positions, including HR Officer at Simonds Farsons Cisk plc.
