Simon Hayes is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in the construction and healthcare sectors. With a foundational career at Jarvis Contracting Ltd encompassing various positions, including Special Works Manager and Key Account Manager for healthcare projects, Simon has demonstrated expertise in client engagement, project reporting, and management within live NHS environments.
