Simon McNabb has a diverse work experience in the field of architecture. Simon started their career in 2005 as a Part I Architectural Assistant at 3DReid Ltd and then served as a Part II Architectural Assistant from 2007 to 2008 in the same company. From 2009 to 2011, they worked as a Freelance Part II Architectural Assistant/Designer at MNA, where they gained expertise in producing visualizations, offering design advice, model making, graphic design, and surveying buildings. Simon expanded their experience further by working as a voluntary Part II Architectural Designer at Sean McLaughlin Chartered Architects in 2010. Finally, they joined McBains in 2011 where they held various roles including Project Architect, Associate Director, and currently serves as a Project Director and Architect.
