Most organisations don't come to us because something is broken. They come because they're growing, winning bigger work, or facing standards and expectations that have moved ahead of their systems.

MCBI is an organisational development consultancy. For 20 years we've worked with Australian organisations - corporate head offices and regional operations, government departments and fast-growing businesses - to build the capability and confidence to handle what comes next.

No two of those organisations need the same thing. Every engagement we design is built around the one in front of us - its people, its constraints, and the outcome it's actually chasing. Nothing off the shelf.

The Client Engagement Model is our flagship. It's a sustained partnership for organisations that need capability built and embedded rather than delivered once and left behind. Engagements begin with a Capability Audit: a structured look at where your organisation sits today and what needs to shift first. From there we map how work actually moves through the business, and design from what we find rather than what the org chart says.

Around that sits the rest of what we do. Workforce planning, leadership development and building the skills of the people who'll carry the change. Business analysis and process improvement. AI governance and internationally recognised certification. And support with the grants and tenders that fund the work in the first place.

What holds it together is how we work. We stay in the work with you, and the relationships we've held longest are the ones where we've been part of the delivery, not just the recommendation. Partnerships where both sides are invested in the outcome tend to outlive the contract that started them.
