Dr. Robert German tries to advise his patients as if they were members of his own family. He understands patients may be dealing with anxiety and concern, so it is important to help put them at ease and guide them through the diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation process. Dr. German also realizes everyone's goals and expectations are different, so he often encourages a second opinion to solidify confidence in their proposed plan of care. His empathy for patients stems from a torn ACL in college. The injury inspired him to direct his interest in math and science toward a career in orthopedics.
