Dan Obermeier

Dan Obermeier is an accomplished public sector leader with extensive experience in project management, capital planning, and real property solutions. Currently serving as the Managing Director and Public Sector Leader at McBride Consulting, LLC since June 2019, Dan focuses on business process improvement and project portfolio optimization. Prior roles include managerial positions at Guidehouse, PricewaterhouseCoopers Public Sector LLP, and PwC Belgium, where Dan specialized in delivering project management and capital project solutions for public sector clients. Dan began their career as a Commercial Real Estate Broker at New South Properties of the Carolinas, LLC, where expertise in retail and office space representation was developed. Dan holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Davidson College, completed in 2006.
