Alexandre Degiorgio has a comprehensive background in management roles related to maintenance, engineering, IT, and technical purchasing. With a strong focus on implementing Lean Culture and utilizing Lean tools and methods, Alexandre has been a valuable member of the site steering committee at McBride since 2004. From their early roles as a Technician Supervisor and Painting Workshop Manager at Daewoo Electronics to their current position as a Lean Manufacturing Manager and Senior Lean Coach, Alexandre has consistently demonstrated their expertise in operational excellence and process improvement.
