Guillaume Drain

Guillaume Drain is an experienced Plant Manager currently overseeing operations at McBride, managing a team of 400 FTE and a turnover of 300M€. Previously, they held the role of Director of Operations at INULA Group, leading four plants across multiple countries and implementing lean management strategies that resulted in significant efficiency gains. From 2017 to 2020, they served as a Multi-site Plant Manager for Dawn Foods Global in France and Belgium, where they achieved notable improvements in productivity and cost reduction. Guillaume also has a strong background in project management, having managed various initiatives aimed at operational efficiency, cost savings, and quality improvement across several companies in the FMCG and manufacturing sectors. They earned their education at the Ecole nationale supérieure d'Arts et Métiers from 2002 to 2003.
