Mark Strickland

Mark Strickland is the current Chief Financial Officer at McBride. Prior to their current position, Strickland was the CFO at Speedloan Finance Limited from May 2015 to January 2016. Mark was brought in as a short-term assignment to work with the CEO and lead the business through a difficult trading and regulatory period. Strickland was successful in leading the business to a sale to Asia Growth Capital PLC on 30 October 2015.

During their time at Speedloan Finance Limited, Strickland achieved several key goals, including resolving numerous financial issues and implementing change management to deliver overhead cost reduction. Their experience and success in leading the business through a difficult time resulted in him being offered the position at McBride.

In their current role at McBride, Strickland is responsible for the financial management of the company. Mark works closely with the CEO to develop and implement strategies for long-term financial growth and stability. Strickland is an experienced and successful financial executive who has a proven track record of success in both turnaround situations and long-term growth strategies.

Mark Strickland holds a B.Sc. in Geography from the University of Sheffield, an FCMA in Management Accounting from CIMA, and an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Wales / Manchester Business School.
